The evening included a detailed administration briefing on the Council on Aging fraud case, passage of three salary-related ordinances, a transparency ordinance, and a response to an Open Meeting Law complaint. The meeting was also marked by a disruptive incident in which a city employee in the audience was removed after making personal remarks directed at councilors.
